The School Principal is in charge of the every day running
of the school,
and the
President of the Organization acts as liaison between the Board and
the School Administration on a regular weekly basis. The principal has
an assistant, an accountant, and a procurement officer to help her in
her
duties. The teaching staff  are
fifteen with two part-timers for music and art. There are four cleaning
women and one part-time maintenance man. The Principal holds regular
meetings
with the staff and the parents. Each teacher has a set schedule for
meeting
individual parents. At the same time parents have the opportunity to
meet
with all the staff at one time twice a year. The staff are continuously
encouraged to enroll at the local universities' continuing education
programs,
and to participate in workshops, short courses and seminars to help
them
upgrade professionally.

The general assembly of Rawdat El-Zuhur Organization elects the
board
members every three years, and it also meets once a year to
approve
the
yearly reports, the financial statements, and the budget. The
Board meets
once every two months, and when necessary. It also meets twice
a year with
the school administration and staff. |
